The office of Kahil & Abbas is considered one of the best-known law firms in Lebanon during the last 10 years. It was founded by attorney Fadi Kahil in 2011 and then joined by lawyers Ali Abbas and Ali Ghaddar. The Office has been successful in all branches of civil law, especially companies, contracts, commercial law, real estate law, in addition to telecommunications law, labor law, acquisition law and arbitration. The office also excels in administrative law and public works contracts. The office includes experienced lawyers who have provided clients with legal advice of the highest professional standards since its establishment in 2011. The Office also provides high standard legal consultations to national and foreign commercial companies, particularly in the Arab Gulf and Arab countries, as well as trade unions, associations and public bodies. The office has taken over many complicated cases, particularly in real estate, banking, administration, estate management, wills, a great number of criminal lawsuits, and administrative reviews, in addition to custom and central inspection cases, cases related to the Supreme Board of Discipline and the Audit Bureau. The office, in the previous years, had also taken over many lawsuits before the State Council, where we succeeded in obtaining decisions which implicate the annulment of decrees and decisions related to the waste of public funds, and decisions concerning the payment of taxes and fees which are in abuse of the authority. The office was also able to restore the rights of employees working in a number of public administrations.
